GC Pro West is owned and run by Andreas Christofides, a Florida Certified General Contractor (license CGC1537881) with more than 20 years in residential construction and remodeling. The company is based at 5746 Woodmere Lake Circle in Naples, FL 34112 and works across Naples, Marco Island, and Bonita Springs.

“Certified” is the state’s highest general contractor class: it is issued after a state exam and allows work on structures of any height, which matters for high-rise condo renovations where a lower license class cannot pull the permit. What we do

Kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, condominium renovations, and whole-home remodels, taken from demolition to completion by one licensed team. Custom cabinetry is designed and built in our own shop rather than ordered from a catalog, which is how we get exact fits in older Naples condos and avoid months-long factory lead times.

How a project runs

1. Free in-home consultation. We walk the space with you and talk through scope, budget, and timing before anything is drawn.
2. Written, line-item proposal. Real numbers by trade and material, not a single lump sum, so you can see what moves the price.
3. Permits and approvals. Collier County or City of Naples permits, and for condos the association package: certificates of insurance, elevator reservations, work-hour windows, and board sign-off.
4. Build, with a live portal. Every client gets a login showing the schedule, daily progress photos, selections, and invoices. Seasonal residents follow the job from out of state.
5. One-year workmanship warranty. In writing, on every project.
